Recruiting Update A top 2018 QB camping tomorrow

Just confirmed with 2018 Central Catholic QB Troy Fisher that he's going to be at Pitt's camp tomorrow. Fisher is wrapping up his freshman year at Central, but he's already 6'4" and 195 pounds, and he's definitely a name we'll be hearing about and talking about a lot over the next three years.
