since JD is a life long member of pitt at this point with big money hand cuffing any movement in the bb program, except the down ward spiral, there needs to be a vote, and the vote turnout, i believe, will be of no confidence
since jd had no business accepting a contract the way he did, and the last admin tied the hands of the bb program for quite some time, the vote would at least let jd know that EVERYONE is aware of the absolute mess the bb program is in and exactly where most all stand
