ACC network to be announced Thursday

The point is, at least for me, regardless of audience differentiation, the ACCN will have a platform that allows for ease of access the way the viewer prefers.
Perhaps, in 3 years. Hopefully we will know more about it Thursday, but, for now, it seems the next 3 years will offer nothing more than what (essentially) everyone already had access to with ESPN3. Hopefully we will not have to pay more for that, but I assume most everyone of us on here would anyway.

In the meantime the best thing for the ACC would be for Miami to become Miami again, for Virginia Tech to bounce back and for Pitt to become a Michigan State clone. I still think the ACC is a sleeping giant
I'd happily just take the latter and all 3 can't happen at the same time.

I was told on here that it would be as easy as flipping a switch.........Three years? The hell you say

You're not understanding. ESPN is already producing all the ACC events anyway. So, switching them from ESPN3 to ACCN is done with a flip of a switch or a few mouseclicks. That's what I said. Getting cable companies to buy the channel, that is something totallu different.
