I'll go with option 3.Not sure whether to using a laughing, angry, or sad emoji...
You just can't lose that game, with that lead at home.
At least Duzz won a Championship, that's why he gets the nod.

Because all those seasons put together there was only one season of outstanding QB play. The only thing that comes to mind.......is again, with those players, how is Pitt perpetually 7-5?
If horses could fly we'd always wear hats!If both sides have Cignetti as OC Wanny wins by having McCoy.
Again, that's like picking the tallest midgetIn a big game, I take Narduzzi as the coach over Wanny. No question about it.
That’d be a great matchup, but Flacco left the program after the 2004 season, meaning he was never on a Wannstedt teamI take Joe Flacco over Kenny Pickett for the win. Wannstadt wins
Something something, broken clock. The OP made an original and great thread. Something most posters don't do.
Yeah-I think it's narduzzi and I am not sure it's close.
I remember 0 points being scored with McCoy while sitting in El PasoIf both sides have Cignetti as OC Wanny wins by having McCoy.
Narduzzi actually has a real qbStache……better lines and better overall talent
Just like they shut down all those big east offenses .You are right. I was thinking along the same lines in that Wanny's defense would pretty much shut down Narduzzi's offense.
LOL....................Just like they shut down all those big east offenses .
Whoops
I know it's not the original question but the answer is the fraud. Speed speed speed would have answers to every question with some sort of nonsensical dribble.Who would win a debate?
Narduzzi would answer every question saying he needs to check the tape, and Wanny would keep saying he needs to think faster.
Should be a preliminary round of Wanny vs Fraud and Duzz vs Chryst. Both teams and debate. That would be neat!I know it's not the original question but the answer is the fraud. Speed speed speed would have answers to every question with some sort of nonsensical dribble.
PITT SOS since 2000This talk about how tough the Big East was compared to the ACC is nonsense. PN's schedule (including out of conference) is/was much tougher.
I think quite the opposite. If you're asking Duzz's OL to kick step all day vs Donald, Mick, Sheard, and Romeus - it's going to look ugly. The best thing those 4 did was rush the QB and play on the other side of the LOS.Given how the game is played today, I give the edge to Narduzzi's team just because of the offensive firepower at the skill positions.
This is the reason I voted for Wanny. The speed in Wanny's front 7 is better then Duzz's and to be honest it's not close.
Sheard and Donald are faster then 90% of Duzz's LB's, not DL - LB's. Romeus was a 4.7 guy. Mick was probably a 4.7 guy too..
Session ran 4.5 at the combine.
HB ran well.
The flexibility DW's defense has vs that offense is tremendous because of 2 main factors. Revis can eliminate the best receiver Duzz has with ease. Someone has to double AD all day. Duzz doesn't have a lot of OL who are single blocking Mick, Sheard, or Romeus.
In terms of offense - DW has NFL runners on the bench like Ray Graham, LSH, Rashad Jennings, Hynoski, etc..
