Was the hard practice on Sunday really necessary. I really believe in a covaid, water down season Pitt had a chance for the NCAA's. Wouldn't it have been more beneficial to work on individual shooter's mechanics. The three point shooting and free throw shooting mechanics are atrocious and that's where the emphasis should be. Where are the picks being taught, the boxing out be taught. Shees Brown hasn't learned to box out in 3 years. Hard practice, season down the dumps.
