Try to go to one away game a year.
8 of us going to Disney - renting a van - going to Pitt Alumni Tailgate.
Anyone know how many tickets Pitt sold?
Looks like online seats are available in the Pitt sections.

Yawn.... why waste a weekend?

You’re one to talk. You’ve wasted years of your life on here following the same Pitt program, to say nothing of the fact that you’ll probably still sit there and watch the game on tv anyway. At least this guy is going to have a memorable weekend trip with friends and family, regardless of the outcome of the game.

Nadir.....

I remember driving to S Miss for Majors 2 first game back. I would drive to most games , home and away, did that forever , since Wanny was fired , the passion I had all those years, just slowly went away. I follow Pitt and want them to do well, but don't care nearly as I once did. My kids even ask me, why are we not going to more games. Hope I can get that back one day but not today with the crap show up there now.

Hopefully you guys show up. UCF's campus is impressive tailgating particularly in memory mall with students is crazy. Free parking in some garages a bit of a hike. Have a cool resuraunt that overlooks the stadium called Burger U actual bar that sells alcohol not just beer and wine. Granted our stadium was built on the cheap but upgrades have made it a nice facility. Bring sunscreen.

It will be a memorable weekend.
Our group is 5 - 11 in away games and bowls - but we always have a good time.
Family is excited as we made this a Disney trip as well (truthfully I’m sick of Disney)
Leave Pittsburgh early tomorrow. Some family left Sunday - parks aren’t that crowded - no wait.
Win or lose
HAIL TO PITT!

I'M not being a smarta$$ but my garbage man is going to this one.I actually taught him in Jr High and helped make him what he is today. He's a Pitt season ticket holder and one of 32 Pitt fans in Greene County!

I will be there [bringing three friends] to the pregame and game. Looking forward to getting some sun and seeing Pitt play some football. Hail to Pitt!

The tailgating on UCF's campus is impressive. Walk through Memory Mall and you'll have lots to look at.

Hope those going to tailgate parties and the game have a good time...but I would drink as much water as possible, starting on Friday and then all day SsSaturd as here is the forecast for Saturday in Orlando:

I have 8 tickets for sale on Pitt side, 50 yard line, rows 3-4. Email me ryanvescio@gmail.com
Is there any relief from the sun in the stadium?

On the West Side of the Stadium, Suite Tower should provide relief for several sections starting around 4 pm...while most West side sections should have the sun behind them their backs by 4:30 pm or so.

On the East Side, if you have Cabana Club Tix, you can enjoy shade in their Cabana Club.

Outside of if that...cover face and arms in sun screen, esoeespeci if u are coming from PA.

East Side stands will be in the sun all game long

Heat index today in Orlando will be 103 degrees.

Orlando weather pattern is basically ending their daily summer thunderstorm season where almost daily showers help cool down temps after it rains as now it's drier air moving in, much less clouds and much less chance of rain to develop.

Believe next week will be the first week where daily highs may not reach 90 degrees (89 is expected).

Even the mope on the left is reeling in top talent.

Pitt fans welcome to UCF. I think you will find that the campus is beautiful and the stadium, although no doubt built on the cheap, is a fun and loud game environment. The fan base is generally young and loud but most very friendly. The tailgate environment on campus is very fun. Lots of rowdy action at Memory Mall and over by Burger U. UCF fans know Pitt can play with anyone and are taking Pitt seriously. I hope you each have a fun experience down here and hope for an injury free game for both teams. It will be hot and humid for sure. Go Knights.

I don’t know if you picked that because you know or not, but the radio DJ that Robin Williams portrays in that movie is a Pitt alum. :)

Thanks for the welcome and kind words. Hate to burst your bubble but Pitt sucks. Sorry, the truth hurts.
