Pitt got a mention! A marine recruiter was talking to a kid in a gym and the kid said I'm going to be playing ball at Pitt. Later the recruiter talked about a coach at Pitt holding a scholarship for him. Caught me off guard and I had to ask, did he just say Pitt? If you catch a rerun of the show, it is at the very beginning, maybe the first 5 minutes or so.

Didn't the one character on that NBC show This Is Us scoff at a Pitt coach visiting him when he wanted to go to Notre Dame to play football?

Then he got injured and was out of football forever. BOOM (note I wouldn't make this comment if this happened in real life/wasn't a fake drama show)

This a direct result of returning to Pitt Script full time whilst denouncing the use of "University of Pittsburgh" in reference to any athletic endeavor. Get used to it.
