What a great player. He is an NBA talent. Sam young is a great comparison, but Sam wasn't playing like this until he was a junior.

Artis has a silky jumper and can make some nifty passes, but that's about it right now. There are HINTS of other good things like some moves in the paint and strong drives to the basket, but it's pretty much undeveloped potential. He has A LOT of work to do if the NBA is to be calling in a couple years.

Sam was a lot more athletic and a better defender than Jamel at this point. There jumpers are very similar, with deadly midrange games. Jamel is definitely the better passer though. If he can progress to where Sam was his junior/senior years, this team will be in really good shape.
