As expected the Three Muskateers get off on a legal technicality

Please provide the evidence sir.
I have several times in this thread. Just because Koolaide drinking Joebits cover you're eyes and ears and scream "but th Frreb report is flawed " doesn mean there isn't sufficient evidence for a rational thinking person (i.e. The vast. Majority of the us outside of crappy valley ) to accurately come to that conclusion

So if the Freeh report is so full of half truths and lies, why has the university not pushed back or repudiated the report? The Joebot claim that the Board of Trustees placed all the blame on Paterno and canned him for no reason is just insanity to anyone outside State College or who is not a Joebot.

Yea, the university fired Paterno for no reason whatsoever. It was all the evil Board of Trustees smearing the nice old man who builds libraries.

How did the narrative start that the NCAA dropping the penalties meant that Penn St was vindicated and that the Freeh report and charges were incorrect? Because my recollection is that the sanctions were dropped in part because of the steps Penn St took to comply with Freeh's recommendations. This in no way, shape or form means the charges were wrong or that Freeh was lying.

The NCAA was getting sued because of the sanctions and who knows how it might have turned out in court as I actually believe the NCAA probably overstepped their authority on this (which is not a popular opinion among my Pantherlair brethren). That being said, no one who put the penalties in place has ever stated they lied about what when on a Penn St. That's a completely made up implication of the Penn St narrative that they were screwed by Freeh's lies.
