I am not sure I would go there. I just think staff changes in general happen in football.

Hill left to go to the NFL. He was in demand from other schools including Mich St. He was highly thought of. Now they hired a good coach to replace him but it is not like Narduzzi pushed Hill out.

Not sure what exact story is with Conklin although I would guess they were not really trying that hard to hold him back. But he left for a HC gig even if it was at a lower level. Replaced him with Bates who seems to have a good resume but I wouldn't really call him a Home Run either.

Peterson, most likely was pushed out. We'll see who they hire.
