So using Pitt's link I go to the Big 10 network webpage, type in my information and it says I should get the game on channel 714. There's a slight problem, as that channel doesn't show in my lineup. So I called earlier this week and today and finally got an answer. The Big 10 network channel guide isn't accurate for everyone. So even though I type in my zipcode and it claims I should get the channel, Comcast tells me that they divy up the coverage by geographical areas and not zip codes. So there is no way I can watch the game on TV tonight. Just a fair warning for you guys assuming the big10 network guide is correct for your channel listings.

So I also have downloaded the big10togo app and turned on the noon games to see if the video quality was better than last week when we had storms and I checked. It is atrocious. They should be embarrassed to have it. It reminds me of watching old dial up videos back in the day of the creation of the internets. Really disappointed...

Are you not in Western PA? From what it says about everywhere, it will be on the Big Ten Alternate channel. I have DirecTv, so I wouldn't know about the Comcast issue, but I can't see anyone in Western PA not being able to watch it. You may have to search a little bit, but I believe it is the only game on the alternate channel at that time.

In philadelphia it says PSU vs Rutgers OR Pitt vs Iowa. Im assuming the psu game will get the nod. Anyone in philly know how I can watch this game?

Yeah best of luck to you my friend I hope it works out. This may help you out, I have the BTN alternate channel it is showing Kent State-Minnesota currently. I thought everyone who got the BTN automatically got the alternate channels when games were showing. See if you can find that game right now and if not maybe trying calling Comcast again.

If you have DirectV you can watch it through a phone or iPad...you just have to download the watch ESPN app...and enter in email and password for directv

Are you in MD? Newspaper says 714 Pitt/Iowa and the channel guide shows 714 is now BTN1.

All these problems would go away if Pitt would just become a football factory and perennial top 20 like in the '70s and they'd put us on the main networks every week.

Lots of times the watch ESPN app covers games that are not listed on ESPN3...I would be willing to bet you can pick it up that way.

A game that BTN owns the rights of isn't going to be on ESPN 3, its only going to be available on BTN Alternate (if you have it), BTN app or one of the many Pirate streaming sites on the net.
