My neighbors are not.. this past weekend was like a summer day... everyone walking, partying like is was las t year. Can say, we say hello and we're practicing social distance. Heck today, my neighbor had his trees trimmed and some cut down everyone carrying on. We don't even pet our neighbors dogs.
