If I was a team like Indiana, I would take Johnson. However, if I was a bad team like Pitt, I'd take Femi or almost anyone over Johnson. He can't be the best team and playmaker for your team. He's awful in that role.

But like…. Femi isn’t even good enough to try to play that role.

Because he isnt a good PG and neither is Johnson on a bad team. Johnson is good when he has an one of the best players in the nation to pass to an play through and is actually coached.
