Still, the Big Two Conference as far as recruiting, everyone else goes up and down, but Big Two just stay on Top in the Big Ten or like in 2016 known as the Big Pretend. Well, that is the challenge for our Little Brother's at Penn State and the rest of Little 12 in the Big Ten. Pitt does not have the woes of WVU has in the Big-12! Just very happy Pitt is in the ACC!
EXCERPT:
The Big Ten is the same as it ever was after National Signing Day with Ohio State and Michigan once again leading the way thanks to a boat load of talent headed their way. Urban Meyer and Jim Harbaugh both have proven to be some of the top coaches in college football and that is certainly apparent every February when the two land a pair of top five classes like they did this year..........Everybody knows the two Big Ten powerhouses will perform well on the recruiting trail given their coaching staffs, history of success and ability to put players in the league.....There’s always a head-turner in the team rankings each year and in 2017 that might be the fact that Maryland landed a top 20 classes and the fourth-best in the Big Ten. That includes a whopping nine four-star recruits...........Mike Riley is no stranger to the West Coast thanks to his days at USC and Oregon State and he’s clearly leaning heavily on those ties in putting together a great group for the Cornhuskers in 2017...........As for the Hawkeyes, they managed to lure a surprising commitment from a five-star defensive end and really upgraded some of the skill position talent.........The usual suspects dominated the top spots in the team rankings but that wasn’t quite the case for two teams that love to recruit, develop and then crank out talent for the next level in Michigan State and Wisconsin.....No mention of Penn State as they get ignored again!

The got a nice class and especially for the Defense. They are still way behind Ohio State and Michigan in 4 & 5 Star Recruits. While Maryland and Nebraska is on the schedule and also Rebuilding. I checked many Websites and PSU Class not mention much compared to UM & OSU.

Pitt has the challenge of Miami and VT! Much easier but Miami is loading up again and the ACC was way better Top to Bottom compared to Big Ten at least in 2016. Pitt class was mentions at another Websites but still need more 4 Stars to compete in the Top 25. PSU has that now!

WVU OU, UT, and KSU and only beat 1 ranked Team in Big-12 by a point!

All 3 WVU, PITT & PSU improved in my opinion but by how much compared to OSU, MIAMI, MICHIGAN, OU, VT, and UT!?

Expectations are way high for PSU as they should be the way they finished, but the Schedule is much tougher than 2016 too. Big Ten Teams will be ready in 2017 and PSU needs to play all 4 Quarters!
