AED's are something that every public building should have. Even churches and clubs should work on getting them. Companies do provide discounts if your organization has a real medical professional that can do the ordering. There is some cost to replacing the batteries and pads occasionally but it's not any different than any other lifesaving device you keep around.
Good Story - Damar has seen a lot of places and met a lot of people over the last few months.
