Narduzzi said he’d like to accept. But the quote I read left some room. Guessing the kids are gonna have some input. And given this crazy year they should.

And I wonder if budget will factor. I think I saw something saying more bowls would be money losers for the schools this year but I could have that wrong.

I wonder how the bowls would be money losers for schools. Would it be a lesser payout than normal...?

Bowls are always money losers for teams.
Pitt gets X amount of ACC Bowl Revenue whether they go or not. If they go, they have to spend some of that money on their ticket allotment, hotels, food, etc.

Well some of the lower ones I believe were near break even to begin with. Take away any ticket revenue maybe that’s enough? Possible sponsor/tv money is smaller too? Although a lot of captive audiences - who knows.

Which is reimbursed by the conference.

Each school that makes a bowl is given money from the conference to cover their expenses.
