ACC officials have just overturned the ruling of an incompletion on Sam Howell's fourth down pass in overtime. They have also ruled that Pitt had too many men on the field for the handshake, so the Tarheels will be given a chance to go for two against air at their practice facility once Mack Brown wakes up from his nap.
