Baseball cap wearing sideline Surface Tablet warrior maybe heading to the land of fire....

Idea for a Staples commercial....

*Little kid, screaming at the top of his lungs, runs toward Pickett as he's boarding the plane for LA*

"Kenny, wait!!!!!!!"

*Pickett turns around*

"You forgot this."

*Narrator chimes in*... "Staples. Yeah, we got that."

Not a huge fan of Picket as he’s not the most lockable guy around. Fields in fact seems like more of a stand up guy.

But I am curious to see what he can do with decent talent around him. I never thought he was a “franchise” Qb and the Steelers certainly drafted him higher than he should have gone but I do think he’s a serviceable starter who could win games with the right talent around him (like in Philly)

It will be interesting when/if he gets another shot at #1.

I’ve always said that Kenny is a QB you can win with. He’s proved that. As the article said, he played with broken ribs and was really good for the eagles.

But the eagles are the only type of team that can win a Super Bowl with a QB like Kenny. Kenny isn’t the type of guy that can carry a team to a Super Bowl unless the roster is elite.

The Rams could be a good fit for him, as the coaching is pretty damn good. But a franchise like the Jets? Man I don’t know.

i always thought Jordan Addison was the name that shall not be mentioned on this board. now Pickett? i'd like to add deyon hayes to that list if i may. a 3rd name that i would love to never hear again.. Rodney Hammond i guess could be a 4th.

For someone who reportedly sucks big time - there seems to be an awful lot of interest in Kenny....interest from organizations that understand offense and player development.

Yeah. The Eagles have scads of talent. I’m not sure he’s good enough to win with the Rams. I think he’s a notch below stafford

It’s a Joke because the Pickett debate has been beaten to death. Lol

Not really a debate though. No one, not even Kenny Heisman, thinks Kenny is some elite QB. The actual debate that rages on is when trolls claim Kenny is some pathetic loser no talent QB. And then the discussion spins in circles.

I know you know this. But it’s meant for others.

If Mason and Trubitski can be journeyman QB’s, then why not Kenny.
Lots of retreads out there, making a solid career in the NFL

Correct but no one outside a few pitt fans thinks KP is even a "good" qb. There are a lot of "good" qbs starting in the NFL. Jared Goff is "good." Geno Smith is "good". KP is nowhere near that level. KP is an average backup qb. Anything beyond that is homerism.

Well...if the reports are accurate, the Rams seem to think he has enough talent to inquire about a trade. And that's after the Eagles thought he was good enough to trade for. If there are two teams that I trust with drafting and development, it's the Eagles and Rams.

Yes because outside of a small minority, the casual observer has only seen KP as a 1st and 2nd year QB in a Tomlin “live in his fears” offense. And that offense never pushed the ball between the 20’s and/or be aggressive in the red zone and score TDs. Is that on Kenny? Maybe. Most people from afar will say that. But we know enough about Tomlin to see that he certainly played a part in Kenny’s TD totals and lack of development. Goff took a giant leap his 2nd year after a really bad first year. Kenny didn’t. But Goff played for McVay. Kenny played for Tomlin/Canada. Big difference.

It was a prediction from a writer, not a report.
