Chris Bleich entering transfer portal

I am sure if PITT were interested there was a conversation with Duzz and Johnson. Don;t know much about him but starting at OT in the SEC is worth a look!

Interesting,

OL starter for Florida, started 8 of 9 games this year.

Redshirt freshman from near Philadelphia. 3 star prospect out of high school.

I'm guessing Pitt offered this kid a couple years ago.

Seems worth investigating.

I’m not drunk. I really think this team can win the division and possibly win the conference championship next t year if they can solidify the offensive line and get a quality TE and receiver. This offensive line will be bigger and stronger next year. He would definitely complete this line. I hope we have a chance. Now go get a TE that can catch

Or get a QB who can see the field and make the players he has better

I don't know the answer...
More dropped balls or missed throws...

I do know the answer to this...
More dropped balls costing the win or missed throws..

Wherever he ends up, he probably will wind up not eligible next year. This is not a redshirt year for him.

He is coming to Pitt, didnt a Pitt staffer release a tease yesterday? This was probably it. This dude is an absolute beast. SEC starting lineman? Sign me up every day of the week.

No doubt he is a must have if he is a redshirt freshman and starting there, but I have to play devil’s advocate. Why is he leaving Florida? I was down there about a month ago and was blown away at how nice that campus is. Frankly, I can’t understand why they aren’t in the national championship conversation every year. They are great across the board in sports. Facilities are second to none. Top 20 public university and they are investing 1 billion into the school itself with a goal to be in the top 5 in next 10 years. Is he homesick? Because it’s still a 4.5 hr drive to Philly vs. a 3.5 hr flight with layover to Gainesville.

Why did Kylan Johnson leave there? He looks like a future NFL player to me.

Bleich started 8 games and has lost his starting position to another player.

That in itself is not enough for a redshirt freshman to transfer.

I think he may be a little homesick. I also think he ends up at Pitt, thus the reason for my initial post.
