Notice the Pitt defenders do not defend outside the arc preventing 3s and Clemson has wide open shots for 3s and the Clemson defenders do defend outside the arc and Pitt is having a hard time shooting 3s

Horton has a guy wide open at the three point line and instead decides to take the turning, falling out of bounds fade away from 16 feet on the baseline.
