Will you admit its a stupid way to pick a tournament?

If that was what they used to pick the tournament then yeah, that would be stupid.

But once again, for the thousandth time, THE NCAA DOES NOT USE THE NET TO PICK THE TOURNAMENT FIELD, AND THEY DO NOT USE THE NET TO SEED THE TEAMS.

I should have a shortcut to that so I can just paste it into these threads with a simple keyboard click.

Ok, we'll see. I started doing bracketology based on last year's net and then decided, eff it, Pitt's getting in so I'm not wasting my time with this. I am going to do my own bracketology this year and am not using the team's own NET at all. So, right now Pitt is a 5 or 6.

I think that’s a little high but Pitt absolutely could be a 7 seed right now. I would seed Pitt ahead of most of these Big 10 mid pack teams like Northwestern, Iowa, Michigan St, Illinois for example. Once you do that - Pitt can absolutely be a 7 seed.

Too many Q1 losses. Under .500. No credit just for playing teams. They lost most of them. 2 road wins is pitiful.

Well we already saw, when they did their seed reveal last weekend. And we've seen if we actually pay attention to how they say that they do things. And we've seen just last year in the teams picked and the seedings.

Really, all you have to do is pay attention. But it get it. Spending six weeks bitching and moaning is way more fun.
