Coach Partridge

I'm no authority on D Linemen play, but Partridge has to be the main reason
these guys are playing so well. He's developed real depth and despite injuries
the D Line is an obvious team strength.
All the Fla guys on the team.....he's recruited many of them. His influence in
Fla is tremendous. IMO, he is clearly the one assistant we cannot lose to
another program.

Don't worry, between his recruiting and his coaching people will be coming after him big time. Heather's job is to figure out a way to keep him here.

He’s likely not leaving for anything other than a head coaching job, which would have to be absolutely perfect, per directly from his mouth. There may not be one, as he is unlikely getting a P5 HC job.

He’s already been promoted and bumped up. He started a little slow here but is killing it now. So far he should be a Broyles award guy for what he’s doing short handed.
