Coastal went 6-8 against the Atlantic this season.

Since joining the ACC, Pitt is 7-1 against the Atlantic. 4-0 vs Cuse and beat UL, Clemson, and BC. The only Coastal loss we have is the opener vs Jameis and FSU. Next year we play NC State at home as our rotating cross-over.
Its impressive how far we've come from that first ACC game against Florida State.
If only we could play Syracuse eight times a year.
Although you bring up a good point based upon Pitt 9-1 Record against Cuse, but they have gone over 4 Coaches the last 10 years.
I disagree with respect on Cuse. Coach Dino Baber's has a pretty good Track Record as a Head Coach at Eastern Illinois and Bowling Green and I thought his First Year at Syracuse beating VT was pretty good, and will become better.
Even in the Pitt Game with a Back-Up QB he found Play Makers on Offense with well designed Game Plans. I suspect and expect Coach Babers will turn Syracuse around sooner not later and become challenge for Pitt for years to come, and agree to disagree if you feel otherwise.
The Cuse Players never gave up either on Saturday, that is already a change in attitude and a sign of upcoming coach doing somethings right to turn upwards.
Still, since Coach Pat & Staff has Pitt advancing upward and has a jump on Cuse for a few years to come, you are by no means wrong either.
