Just went off on Ron Cook. Just called his column unacceptable. Some highlights....

1) This is THE Metropolitan paper, and the home team just won a huge game in front of a big crowd and Ron Cook's first 4 paragraphs are about a failure by a Pitt team 18 years ago, in a different conference. Why is that even a thought about this weekend?

2) Ron Cook seems to trying again to justify his Heisman vote back then.

3) Pat Narduzzi and Pitt fans always talk about disrespect among the local media, and this is the perfect example of what they are talking about. This justifies.

4) Why can't people celebrate, Ron Cook gushes about some things like Ben and the Pens, but he can't give Pitt an ounce of joy?

5) How does that game (Clemson) even compare with Pitt/Miami from all those years back.

6) Kenny Pickett is a great story, even the national writers and sites are picking up on him, yet we can't write a column to celebrate what a great season he is having and making himself a legit Heisman candidate.

Wow. Finally. I guess our message board paranoia isn't always just paranoia is it. If it looks like, smells like and acts like a rat.....it's a rat.
