Maybe Capel could use him on the BB team. If he can shoot the 3's he certainly would be welcomed by Capel.
Kyi Wright is an extremely impressive athlete in multiple sports.
His ability to play QB and LB at his size and having the athletic ability and skill to score 1000 points in basketball strongly suggests that Pitt may waste his skills by playing him at LB and should strongly think about him playing TE/HB.
I am very interested in following his development and career at Pitt.

Sean Lee was a "Fab 5" basketball player in HS and did pretty well for himself at LB and it's not as if Pitt can't use athletic LB's in this defense.
We could use him at TE or LB. He should be able to make the 2-Deep next year as a Fr.
Only concern I have with him is playing against small schools in D10 made him look fantastic. I still think he has the tools to be a good FBS level player, but it may take a little bit to adjust to the size and athleticism he’s about to face.
Arrington and Brandon Short were both very good HS hoops players too. I think Arrington has D-1 offers. I don't think anyone would consider their abilities to have been wasted at LB.
I tend to agree with that but Pitt has quite a few kids coming in from other very "small" areas or schools that don't have nearly the potential or athleticism of Wright.
