Thanks for asking DT. Played for 7 hours, lost $2000. Had a cooler hand where I flopped a set(3 of a kind) but another guy flopped a higher set and that's where I lost most of the $2000. It happens.
Definitely respect your opinion. Think you contribute a lot on this board and agree with a lot of your points about most topics. We just agree to disagree about James. And I never have to worry about you attacking anyone for having a differing opinion.

Not at all. I get frustrated with James just as I do with everyone else on the team. I can see the shortcomings even that you see in him. Not even arguing it or trying to prove my point, but it's college basketball, we're not gonna get Steph Curry at PG. Even Steph Curry, who was phenomenal at Davidson, was not as good as he is now in college.

Yes I'm emotional on here because I am a diehard Pitt fan. I love Pitt football and basketball and allow myself to get caught up. But when I play poker I am pretty different. Like when I had that big cooler hand last night I mumbled to myself, got up and took a little break to calm myself down. Lots of players "go on tilt" after a hand like that and start playing way too many hands and usually lose a lot more. I was pissed for a few minutes, got up, stretched, talked on the phone, came back and put it behind me. It wasn't easy.
There's no doubt that BK was a better player, and much more importantly, a great leader. Tough as nails. James doesn't have that deadly serious demeanor, but has better "stats". I've appreciated him for 4 years. Not spectacular, but a LOT better than average. Seems like a solid kid....probably a coach some day.
Actually if we play UNC tough and competitive, that will impress me too. I don't want to see us get blownout.

So if someone says A is a better shooter than B, and A shoots 34% and B shoots 36%, you don't think that the stats mean anything? If they don't, how is shooting measured then?
