I don't think anyone in the country is consistently enforcing. In my state, many sheriffs came out right away and were pretty open they weren't having their officers enforcing masks or numbers of ppl in businesses.

You would think that an orderly and somewhat advanced society could handle a little self-accountability and not need to rely on law enforcement to make sure people are doing the absolute bare minimum in the interest of public health and safety. But, here we are.
So we do agree!
It is on our esteemed Governor to quantify the metric that will allow a bump since he's the one who enforced this in the first place. For sure everyone probably won't agree, but the business owners are not in the dark anymore and can make educated decisions about their businesses and the future.
What's happening now is a sh*t show for them.

Judging from the cars in the parking lots of the restaurants I drive by regularly I would say few are in compliance with the 25% target.
If there are all these violators they should be identified because your local and state officials can't be bothered. Do it!
methinks the 25% mandate was to get restaurants to better comply with the original 50% mandate.
Blame for the rule on how many people should be allowed in a restaurant? You seriously want the federal government making decisions like that?
