Oklahoma State -7
Vegas know Ok St. actually won yesterday. That was honestly one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard of. Hopefully though it killed their spirits and doesn't just make them more focused for this game. Although win or lose I don't think Pitt will suffer the "letdown" teams do sometimes after a big win. I think they will be as ready as they were for the game yesterday.
You should be able to appeal the game like they do in baseball if the officials do apply the rules correctly. The play never should have happened, and one of the 8 guys in the crew should have said something. Both the regular and replay refs were given 2 game suspensions after the end of game mishaps in the Okla St game yesterday.
"Vegas know Ok St. actually won yesterday"......vegas does not give two hoots on whether they won or not, vegas speculates on those who wager (those are the folks who perceived osu won)...Vegas know Ok St. actually won yesterday. If any of the Oklahoma State coaches actually knew the rule they could have tried to convince the refs that they were wrong or tried to get the refs to call up to the booth to get the call changed. Part of the problem from an Oklahoma State point of view was that none of the refs and the replay guys either knew the rule or if they did they didn't speak up at the time, but none of the Oklahoma State coaches knew to call them on their error when it happened.
