Easter dinner at my house unfortunately clashes with one of my favorite sporting events...the Masters. So I have compromised. I usually do rotisserie leg of lamb. This year, I am going to do a roast lamb, low and slow. Like 7 hours. At 250F. With garlic, rosemary, anchovies, wine, stock.
Then will serve it with pita, veggies, feta, hummus(homemade) tomatoes so people can make gyros out of them. Brother and Sis in law bringing rice. Also have ham and potato salad that is made today for the non believers.
This way alot of prep work up front, but I can have dinner without worrying and paying too much attention and watch the Masters.
