He said in his Fox News interview that not only are they going after the Tesla vandals, they are going after the people spreading lies and propaganda about Tesla. This is frigging hilarious. I literally laughed out loud when I heard that. The guy retired from Tesla to play around with a free speech website and now he wants to sue those people. This has to be a deep fake video. No way can this be real.

Greg Gutfeld said that the Musk Doge team interview on Brett Baier is the most fascinating thing that ever aired on Fox. I’m going to have to see if I can find it somewhere and watch. I also wasn’t aware that Musk has progressives on his team, like the Air BnB guy, and rocket scientists and others. Big minds doing this out of patriotism. One thing they found…700 software systems in one department …NIH. I’d be interested in hearing more about that. Making that more efficient by spending less on admin and more on science is not what we were hearing in the propaganda.

Huge demonstrations in my community tomorrow, as the Tesla facility is being targeted. Police are on standby so I doubt any cars burn. But they are anticipating really bad traffic between 9-1pm.

The bigger point is that libel is a legal example of restricting speech.
Even the most conservative of courts isn't going to side with Tesla that some random dude saying something mean on Facebook caused Tesla sales to fall when there are so many other factors to a drop in sales. I think you even said DOGE hasn't caused any harm to Tesla and it's just a global pullback from EVs.
This is just a case of the richest man in the world buying silence by threat. He knows he can't win those suits but a few million dollars spent to sue and lose to these people will silence the masses. This is why an oligarchy is dangerous.
