UNC has 2 of their 4 OOC games this year against FCS teams (James Madison & The Citadel). But also next year (2016), they again have 2 of their 4 OOC games vs FCS teams (NC A&T and Delaware). You can only count 1 FCS win per year towards bowl eligibility without an NCAA waiver. So if UNC goes 6-6 in either of the next 2 years, no bowl for you!
