PITT (6-1) is playing unc (6-1) in the only game on TV Thursday night. It is a great time to be a PITT fan and enjoy talent vs talent going at it for a meaningful game. Whatever topics are out there need to stop and focus on Thursday because this is the best thing that has happen to PITT football in a long time (since 13-9 in my opinion). Plus to top it all off we "owe" unc a loss given the last few years .

Actually, I'm pretty sure there's an NFL game going on, WVU v. TCU (I think on Fox), and a mid major matchup. I think Oregon plays someone later in the evening.

Agree though in that Pitt does have a chance to make a statement and be a subject of discussion both Saturday morning and evening.

I would be interested to see if we finish 3rd in local ratings behind the Pens and the NFL game. For sure, we are behind the Pens.
