I highly doubt we buy him out for any figure over $20M, and that number might even be a bit high. It sucks to say, but he's not going anywhere until at least 2028ish.

We are financially-strapped right now. We can't afford to pay a guy $7M/season not to coach.

Who negotiates these contracts between colleges and head coaches, if a coach wants to leave for a mother school he just leaves, but if the coach gets fired the school has the pay him buyout money, seem like something wrong with that

Next year will be no different. And the year after that. Under Narduzzi my interested has waned as he is far too predictable. I knew we would lose to Michigan State.
