Personally, I’m excited to see when we travel to Dallas. That’s a pretty manageable road trip for us that I’d like to make.

That's probably more equitable that the model I came up with where Clemson, North Carolina and FSU play all their games at SMU, Cal or Stanford, rotating between the three opponents all season long; and the rest of the 11 teams play a 10 game conference schedule 5 home/5 away games each year. The “MODEL” should show each existing ACC team traveling to the San Francisco area once every two years and once to Dallas every other year.
Hopefully an existing ACC team will not be scheduled to travel to San Francisco and Dallas in the same year.
Each new member of the ACC needs four ACC home opponents each year and with 14 existing ACC members and 2 other new ACC members this should be doable. Also remember that Stanford, Cal and SMU are available to travel to each other’s stadiums.
Hail to Pitt.

My proposal was just that.Would it really be a big deal (or for that matter, any deal at all) if a team played two years in a row in California and then didn't play there in either of the next two seasons as opposed to play there one year, skip one year, play there the next year, skip the next year?
Will it be that much of a hardship for, say, Pitt to play a game at Cal and at SMU the same year instead of at Cal and at Miami?
