He took him out for an extended period when he only had 1 foul and then took out Artis at the same time!

Pitt only had one turnover in the 1st half ...... however, although Pitt had an early lead in rebounds in the 1st half, GT came on strong in the latter part of the 1st half and are out rebounding us 16-12 now at the half.

Can someone explain to me why Jeter, who I otherwise like, ever even attempts a 3-point shot??? He's most effective around the basket or at least inside the foul line.
