Won't it be funny when OSU upsets Georgia and Michigan beats Bama/TCU.
Forget CFP expansion, time to bring back the BCS?
You can usually pin down the 2 best teams and don’t even need a 4-team playoff most years. This 12-team playoff will lead to a lot of hype and maybe some first round upsets, but when the dust settles you will still have the same powerhouses winning it all.
These clowns on FOX are also predicting a UGA/Michigan Championship game. They are talking about dominating the line of scrimmage, playing physical, running the ball, and all this other crazy dinosaur nonsense. Don't they know it's 2023?

They don’t even need to play that game. Give the trophy to Georgia, now.
Just TCU .... "Bama/" unnecessary. In any case not happening as the matchups will be OSU-Michigan and Georgia-TCU
Actually, "you can usually pin down the best team" so you don't even need a playoff. Let me take a stab at this for this year: I pick Georgia.
And for the record, I love the playoffs.
I think #3 TCU should not drop a spot by actually playing a game and losing in OT. Feed the #4 seed to the Dawgs. Michigan looked a bit hung over last night which is understandable. Gawd the countrywide fear is a B1G championship game. It may happen.
Maybe so, but Ohio St would certainly be favored over both Michigan or TCU. They will not be nearly as big a dog to Georgia as some think.
