My wife is cooking up a storm. Was a svelte 202, but recently I’ve passed 210. She has bought a few new cookbooks on amazon.....
Crazy good meals. Tonight is onion smothered pork chops with Spanish rice.....Oh Boy.
Hows it going with you guys....

I’m up to 180 from 170. Too much access to food and not running as much. Not a good mix.

Haven’t heard many gain. I stay between 167-172, depending on how many New England IPA I drink that day.
Tons of weight loss in this nation right now which isn’t surprising given the concern of C-19 and obesity.

I'm down 10 lbs from 190 to 180...haven't exercised at all.

Used to travel for my job and those company-paid meals including breakfast at the hotel added up...used to have to treadmill a lot to offset the meals out.

Gained 4 pounds but was back with my trainer as soon as we went green. Still struggling to get back to a clean eating routine.

I’ve gained a little weight, too many damn Pringles. I’ve been doing 100-plus push-ups regularly since May and what a difference it has made in the upper body.

I lost 30 pounds from March to July because there was no youth sports and nothing to do for most of that time so I started running a lot. I also haven't eaten inside of a restaurant since March 14 (but have gotten take-out) so there was of that.

Am within 1-2 pounds of what I was in March. To be fair very little has changed in my life, have been in the office every day and only real exercise is walking so it’s not much of a surprise.

I lost 15 # because of working out every day and eating consistent meals without going out.

Great to see so many of you guys losing weight. We wouldn't have 180,000 Covid deaths if we weren't an obese society. All you need is 20-30 minutes a day of exercise to maybe save your life.I walk around the Wall Mart in Morgantown and can see 20 people that wouldn't make it if they got the virus. OK I'm done.

I dropped about 15. Would like to drop another 10. Got down another 5, but put it back on during vacation.

You don't have to be a fat bastard to die of covid.

I put on at least 20 lbs. Wife was out of work and spent all day cooking. Since the gyms have reopened my clothes aren’t as tight.

I lost 16 pounds. Made it a point to try to lose weight.
I lost 15 pounds as well and my physical numbers were way better than the past few years. Have been eating at home a lot more (which results in healthier meals and less drinking). with little to watch on TV, have been working out/exercising outside. I am always surprised to hear how many people have gained weight during this time!

Your right. I hope this is a big wake up call to Americans. Obesity is a huge factor in who struggles with this virus (as well as a factor in other conditions). I also heard somewhere the vaccine could be less effective if you are obese. I saw a chart that basically said we had a higher death rate than some asian countries because we have more obesity.

Man.....I put on some pounds. I am going to try and start doing like 3 smaller workouts a day and cut out some stuff. I did cut out hard alcohol two weeks ago, was drinking way, way too much.

I found this on Friday, running some errands, looking for lunch, there is such a hit and miss on what is opened or at least you can dine in. And because of that, I find myself hitting up fast food drive thru's or pizza more than I ordinarily would. Which is not good.

I’m down ten. Thank god for my peloton. I have a long way to go. Put on a lot of weight when my wife was pregnant and the first few months of having a newborn.

I have a pretty aggressive training plan ahead of me to get reading for the Chicago Marathon in 2021 though so that’s some good motivation.

Lost ten pounds since March mainly due to more walking than I normally do. In my mid sixties and I have been religiously walking about two miles a day for the past twenty years but since March up to about end of June was doing five miles a day of brisk walking:Because of the humidity all summer now about three per day. The good news is that my triglycerides have dropped over 100 points since even though I have been eating sweets daily on a moderate level so I guess the added exercise has helped.

Started my weight loss today. Chicken and salad. Sensible omelet for breakfast.
Was 234 Jan of 17. Retired and moved south. Walked the golf course 3 times a week. It’s been 90 here for the last 3 months. Had to ride.
Low weight 202, in May, 2020.: Snuck up to 210. I’m done. 199 short term goal.
U guys inspired me.

Down 15. Not doing nearly as much social drinking or going out to eat.

The first month I snacked a lot but didn’t really gain weight. So I thought, man I could probably lose some weight if I played this right.

Very little we can control right now - so it was something that I felt I could personally control. Still could use another 10 lbs off

I went from 205 (which was down from 215 a year ago ) to 190 which I have not seen since HS 46 years ago. Got lucky wife is great cook and made healthy meals. A lot less beer is most likely reason since not going out and having 4-5 beers 5-6 nights a week with bad food.

I’ve dropped a few, and spent less money in the process. We discovered that by eating-out less, we’re spending waaay less money on food, and we’ve made a serious effort to eat less junk.

For exercise, we walk - usually 5-8 miles a day, 5 days/week.

Our challenge will be to maintain our current regimen once the weather changes.

I had a significant ruptured Achilles during all this. So I gained weight because I couldn’t do anything fitness wise.

Early in the Covid era, I lost 8lbs probably because I wasn't going out and didn't drink any beer. I've gained 6lbs since my favorite taproom & club have reopened. I feel obligated to help them recover some of their lost revenue. I don't really want to drink the beer but I'm a bit of a patriot and want to do my part to MAGA . . . with no politics involved.

The work from home I'm down 30... no food cube at home and the wardens eyes always watching.

I gained the early stages of a new relationship pounds. Eating a lot more due to that. Once I regain my sense of self, I'll shed them.

Im down 10-15# and now have time to run and work out regularly at home by eliminating commute time (was 30 min each way). That extra hour has done wonders for health and home improvements. Less lunch time fast food helps as well.
