With that offer list, I'd be happy with 40% from the free throw line.
I look at this offer as a glorified walk-on. Won't contribute anything meaningful next season so he'd just be a practice player for a year or 2 before transferring down like fellow lowly rated NYC Big, Max Amadasun
They have been recruiting him for over a year. Sounds like they might not be optimistic about someone who already has an offer or looking to leverage the open roster spot for that position.
