they see a lack of depth or a hole in the lineup and they plug it-QB, DT, DE and hopefully a WR.. No diddling around waiting for a a miracle. Precisely what good programs do. I'm excited about the possible recruiting haul next year if they win 8-9 games. They're selling a vision now; next year they can sell a vision and results.
