Good for her. It not like there are decades of evidence showing there is a black market for betting on college games. That would never happen and this is definitely worth the time and effort.

we all love her but what in the wide wide wide world of sports is she talking about? that topic has no relevance to the issue at hand. i am so confused.

I am sure a lot of us, myself including, enjoy betting on college sports. I did not read her testimony, but is there a possibility that in the future, you would be able to gamble on individual player performances? If that is theoretically possible, there is a much higher likelihood of fraud and point shavings and the like. Or I could be 100% off here and heather is simply 2 years too late here.
