Seems Pitt should have the say and revenue from this since it will be visible during their games. Steelers games they'll be covered by fans.
LOL. The sign is actually more valuable for revenue because it can be seen during Pitt games. Kind of funny actually that the Steelers will get the revenue.
Couldn't Pitt just cover the seats with some sort of yellow cover?
Screw the Steelers though. I'm surprised they aren't asking the taxpayers to foot the bill for the sign.

I wonder if done on the sidelines or upper bowl, if it would make the stadium appear more full when spectators are scattered throughout? In other words, less blinding empty yellow seats.
If the seats spell out `Heinz Field`, how could it be looked at as Steeler centric?
Absolutely. Put an “ad” in each seating section to get rid of as many of the Big-Bird-colored seats as possible...
