How does a team like UNC have 4 WRs better than our best?

I just dont understand how we are so bad at certain spots. I mean, honestly, you can switch our QB, WRs, DBs, probably even LBs with any random 1-AA school and there would barely be a drop-off.

I still think Narduzzi is a good coach but geez, this guy needs some better players. Our WRs are catching fewer balls than Navy's.

Because our best went pro after his junior year... and their best came back for his senior year.

Because WR's flock to pass happy offenses.

We are not going to see elite WR's for a long time if we continue to run an offense that doesn't throw to them.

Matthews played extensively today and was not targeted once. Weah was targeted once.

Tipton was targeted 3-4 times.

What WR would want to play in that offense?

I bet none of those receivers were recruited in the past 18 months. Un fortunately , neither were our db s.
