Not a good sign. You typically want to plea to misdemeanors as quickly as possible if faced with felonies. Unless he has a really good legal team and can get off...

At this point it doesn't matter. The team is complete trash so there's no point in Capel keeping him on. I was all for keeping him but now we are in a complete rebuild and will lose a ton of games for the next few years so no point in keeping him so we can maybe go 4-16 instead of 2-18

A felon will not be on the team. He would have already made a plea deal if possible. He is gone unless they really think they can win in court.
