Trying to look beyond miseryville, maybe Pitt D can grow and gain experience and be a solid unit in 2024. Fire cignetti and get an offense that can score 25 points at least a game and maybe get better next year?!

Louisville has been very careless and flat since their first drive TD. Careful, you know what happens when you let a bad team hang around…
As we saw in the Virginia Tech game, we can’t just be one dimensional (deep ball) and expect to win. Need to sustain a drive here and get some points on the board.
On a side note: I love the darker shade of blue that our jerseys become during downpours. Reminds me of the look we had in the 80s. That should be the default blue.

This defense is just as bad as the offense. They can't tackle and absolutely no pressure
This team is historically bad. They have nothing and they are incredibly soft. How did this happen in 2 years? They won't win another game .
Is Louisville trying to lose? They could hand off every play, win by 28, and go home.
You know, CV hasn’t been perfect or even above average, but he has a pulse and live arm. I don’t think we would be 1-4 if he had been our QB.

It's his first half as a starting QB with a team that has probably mailed it in and you're expecting Brady? The kid is good. Prior to this game he had less than 50 total plays on the field and only a few were in a game with the outcome undecided.
We beat Cincinnati and WVU with this type of performance. And although we didn't lose the VT game because of Jurkovec alone, perhaps the team doesn’t act so defeated in the game if we’re 3-1?
