The court order exists, but it's not surprising that it was missed as Garcia got swept up in the deportations.
My only problem is that this isn't the rights violation that the TDS crowd would like to have everyone believe. The threat to Garcia has been minimalized by the imprisonment of MS13 in El Salvador. It was a harmless error. Garcia has to go. Time to move on to the next outrage.
