When your team loses, you are pissed and then that carries on with you, and makes your week suck. Eventually you get over it, but then it happens again.
My question is , how do I stop letting it get to me ?

I would say drink, but in some cases that can lead to alcoholism.

I am not pissed because I didn't even expect Pitt to win. When the team is bad and you know they have a snowball's chance in hell of winning it takes away the sting. That play at the end of the first half where Pitt had the long interception taken away had me upset. Then when Pitt came out and let UCF score easily in the 2nd half the anger went away and reality set back in.

You really shouldn't expect Pitt to win again this season. Having this mentality will ease the pain greatly.

Only when I don’t expect it from a team I root for like the Penguins or Steelers. I expect a bad outcome from my Saturdays watching Pitt.
