It’s a big disappointment that we likely won’t win the coastal...going 3-0 and hoping UVA loses to GT or VT at home seems like a big ask. However, I have to balance that with how I felt at the beginning of the year when I thought we were destined for 7-5.
With where we stand right now, I think 9 wins is now the bar for me. Either run the table with the last three or go 2-1 and win the bowl game to wrap the season.
Some will say anything less than winning the mediocre coastal in year 5 of Narduzzi with this defense is a disappointment. Others will say I would have signed up for 8 wins in a second on day 1. Both are true, but right here and right now it’s 9 wins for me and let’s keep the positive momentum going into next year.
