Where is your reading comprehension? Who said it cured cancer? I didn't moron. It is a treatment used in other parts of the world as a adjunct treatment and you can get it in the US but insurance won't pay. You picked a quote from a Lit review from 2019. Good for you. Look up Jeff Charles and mistletoe and see his story. He worked with the Believe Big foundation to get the study started at JH and the results are good initially. It saved his life. Sadly he passed on a road trip at Tulane and he was cancer free still after 10 years. It wasn't by accident. You are a moron....So they are curing cancer in Europe with Mistletoe? Do yourself a favor and actually read the JHU study to see exactly what they were studying.
By the way, approximately 1.2 million Europeans died from cancer in 2022...
"Most studies did not show any effect of mistletoe on survival. Especially high quality studies do not show any benefit
Conclusions: With respect to survival, a thorough review of the literature does not provide any indication to prescribe mistletoe to patients with cancer."
M Freuding et al. J Cancer Res Clin Oncol. 2019 Mar.
But you are missing the point. It's not about mistletoe. Having worked in healthcare and seeing how things work and my better half working in pharma, its about money.
Read up on crispr gene editing tech for example. We should be dumping trillions into this but we don't. Ask yourself why.
Most holistic medicine can be traced back to asian countries. China, hong kong, japan all have a life expectancy about 8 more years than the US. My physical therapy clinic does dry needling. It's a alternative holistic inexpensive way to help pain. Amazing results yet insurance will not approve payment for it. Ask yourself why.
Doctors cant do a lot of non pharma stuff because it is not paid for and they want to get paid. Their hands are tied. Pharma is in bed with insurance companies.
Holistic medicine doesn't exclude the normal course of treatment. It just doesn't only believe in doing the accepted course of treatment.
