Especially when your defense blows.
It took 3 weeks of blowing leads and ties for him to do it. Don't know what took so damn long.
the tight end was WIDE OPEN and Peterman threw the ball to the guy who was closely covered. But it worked so that's good.

Everything's easier when you're playing against a weak mid-major.
The fact that we went from a 27-0 lead (that should've been a 31-0 lead if not for the blown XP and the terrible goal line playcalling on the drive that ended with Blewitt's 2nd FG) to a nailbIter against this lousy mid-major is disconcerting to say the least.

Marshall really stinks this year. I don't think it's so much as "playing for the win" as it is Marshall blows.
Their defense is as bad or worse than Pitt's, almost anything you call has a pretty good chance of success.
