I'm rooting for Duke to beat UNC and VT to beat FSU.
If Duke beats UNC and VT beats FSU, Pitt would draw Georgia Tech or Florida State in their first game.
If UNC beats Duke, Pitt would have the first round bye BUT would most likely play Duke in their first game. (Duke would play and most likely beat GT/FSU/VT in the first round)
If the goal is to win just one more game to get in the dance, I'd rather have the 5 seed against GT or FSU, get the win, and then play Duke in the next round.
